CLOSURE OF AFTER HOUR SERVICE CLINIC: 

NEW: Due to new and complicated Ministry of Health (MOH) restrictions on Primary Care Practices, our after hour service, Hampton Carling Clinic, is no longer able to offer services effective Aug 1, 2022. 

I regret to inform you that my family medicine patients no longer have access to a dedicated after hour service associated with my practice.  

If you have an (after hour) emergency, proceed to the Emergency Department.  If medical issues are not emergencies, but require attention that cannot wait to be seen in this office in a timely manner, please reach out to any of the walk in clinics across the city.
