VIRTUAL & IN-OFFICE:
All appropriately physician designated non-urgent medical issues such as, but not limited to: prescription renewals, provision of requisitions/forms, medical advice for chronic, stable conditions, will be addressed by telephone and/or secure TELUS video appointment throughout the pandemic.
For virtual visits, you will be contacted at your scheduled appointment time via your preferred method.
Ensure you are in a private, quiet & secure environment for your appointment.
Calls may be slightly delayed as I often am dealing with complex issues with patients ahead of you.
If your condition can not be properly addressed virtually or is urgent, you will be provided an in-office visit.
WE REQUIRE ALL PATIENTS TO WEAR MASKS TO THEIR IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT
Please contact the office if you wish to cancel or are unable to attend your virtual appointment so that others requiring care may be helped.
