VIRTUAL & IN-OFFICE:
All appropriately physician designated non-urgent medical issues such as, but not limited to: prescription renewals, provision of requisitions/forms, medical advice for chronic, stable conditions, will be addressed by telephone and/or secure TELUS video appointment throughout the pandemic.
For virtual visits, you will be contacted at your scheduled appointment time via your preferred method.
Ensure you are in a private, quiet & secure environment for your appointment.
Calls may be slightly delayed as I often am dealing with complex issues with patients ahead of you.
If your condition can not be properly addressed virtually or is urgent, you will be provided an in-office visit.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND YOUR IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENT
Please contact the office if you wish to cancel or are unable to attend your virtual appointment so that others requiring care may be helped.
Cancellation policies for virtual visits, similar to office visits, still apply.
For emergencies, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.
The After Hour Clinic remains in place also with consultations ONLY by phone/video. Click here to access info on this service.
