While office mandatory mask use has been discontinued we require those with respiratory symptoms (cough, nasal congestion, fever, sore throat) to bring & wear a mask at your appointment.

Help protect fellow patients, especially many who are immunosuppressed, staff and myself from infection, office closures & exacerbation of severe underlying illness(es).  I appreciate you being mindful of others.
